Starting with your upcoming pay period, Lively will be changing the way we administer employer HSAs for companies where we have not been added in your payroll as a third party administrator or are receiving a contribution file from your payroll provider.

Starting with your upcoming pay period, Lively will be changing the way we administer employer HSAs for companies where we have not been added in your payroll as a third party administrator or are receiving a contribution file from your payroll provider.

What does this mean for you? This means that we will now require that you, as the company administrator, log into Lively up to 4 business days prior to every pay date in order to review and confirm HSA contributions before they are processed and posted to your employee’s accounts. But don’t worry, we will send you an email reminder to do so.
