We are looking for an experienced, goal-oriented, Account Based Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing organization. As the ABM Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing a multi-touch ABM program to support sales goals directed at our key Enterprise and mid tier accounts.
You will lead the development, implementation, management and measurement of ABM programs to drive pipeline, sales acceleration, and engagement for target accounts. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will also collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Content teams for support on creating a 360-degree, immersive experience for our top named accounts.
Lead the overall ABM planning and execution to target our top tier Enterprise and mid-tier business accounts (ABM).
Own the strategic planning and execution of account-based marketing programs at scale, working with our sales leadership to identify, target and engage with strategic target accounts.
Account intelligence gathering, demand creation, and sales enablement to support sales goals.
Drive Pipeline Sourced, Influenced, Maturation and Deal Closure through Account Based Marketing Efforts.
Develop compelling and innovative ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) that successfully engage targeted accounts moving them effectively through the buyer's journey to drive pipeline and revenue.
Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Design leads on content strategy, planning, and executing high-impact ABM multi-channel programs: emails, webinars, ads, direct mail, etc.
Work closely with Field Marketing to strategically leverage in-person events to drive pipelines.
Translate sales objectives (both opportunity and relationship-based) into ABM program objectives and project plans.
Manage and report on ROI within quarterly account-based marketing budget.
Execute marketing programs on behalf of sales, and demonstrate to reps how they can execute program elements on their own.
Orchestrate and lead ongoing account check-ins with account executives to ensure account goals, key contacts and account plans remain on track, and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications.
Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in a high tech B2B Demand Generation, ABM, or segment-based marketing role, ideally in FinTech or healthcare technology industry.
Expertise in developing Account-Based Marketing programs and campaigns.
Experience managing ABM campaigns from start to finish—strategy, planning, execution, measurement and reporting.
Experience working with Sales to coordinate and implement ABM programs.
Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition.
Strong reporting capabilities, and the ability to provide insights and analytics.
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement.
Proficiency across major marketing technologies, including ABM and Direct Mail platforms (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, DemandBase, Pathfactory, Sendoso).
Strong project management and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage.
