About

Out-of-pocket healthcare costs are skyrocketing each year, forcing people across America to make difficult decisions about their health and money. We started Lively because we believe no one should have to sacrifice their personal health for their financial health. Lively makes it easier to manage rising costs through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) that allow people not only to save on the costs of healthcare today, but plan for the costs of tomorrow.

Located in San Francisco, Lively is backed by the top institutional and individual investors including Costanoa Ventures, Y-Combinator, Ally Ventures, The Durant Company, SV Angel, Point Judith Capital, Streamlined Ventures, among others.

Job Description

We are looking to bring on an experienced content marketer to work across our B2B and B2C offering. You will lead the content marketing function to drive consumption and lead generation across all parts of the sales conversion funnel, while also engaging existing customers in ways the industry has yet to do effectively.

In other words, by adding clarity across lethargic and convoluted healthcare topics, you will surface Lively as the leader. Think Buzzfeed meets Hemingway.

You will work very closely with the broader sales, marketing (SEO, PR, growth and product marketing) team to plan, implement, and execute our content marketing strategy, and programs that attract and ultimately convert prospects into customers. You will be responsible for understanding and optimizing our B2B sales funnel, specifically writing engagement content to move prospects from contacts to qualified leads through conversion.

If you thrive in a role where you both own and execute on content strategy, this is the role for you. You will be expected to own strategy but also execute. You are a writer at heart. We are a small ROI-positive marketing team that owns and executes simultaneously, regardless of title.
