We are seeking a Digital Marketing powerhouse to design and execute highly effective marketing campaigns across PPC, Digital Display, Social, Affiliate and Video channels. You will be the lead on delivering growth in traffic channels, including Paid Search (SEM), Organic/SEO, Affiliate, email marketing, and content syndication. This is a hands-on position and the ideal candidate will plan and execute these multi channel campaigns.
Plan and execute key digital marketing projects and initiatives, including SEO/SEM, affiliate, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance analytics on all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Optimize ads, bids, audiences, and more on a daily basis
Get incredibly targeted with customized ads by location, demographics, site behavior, and much more
Go deep into the data to find opportunities to maximize ROAS and eLTV
Design, build, and maintain Lively’s social media presence
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, digital tools, and digital content/assets
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Skills & Experience
5+ years of successful B2C & B2B digital marketing campaign management
Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC/SEM, SEO, social media and other digital channels
An analytical skill set with a strong command of key metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV
Experience with Google Marketing Suite, Data Studio, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEM Rush, and Crazyegg
Advance level skills in Google Adwords, Microsoft advertising
Experience running paid social ads
Can leverage data, metric, analytics, and consumer behavior trends
Certified in Google Analytics- Preferred
Experience with a technology or healthcare company a plus
Performance mindset and results-driven marketer
