About the Role

Lively is seeking an experienced events and field marketer to own events and high-touch marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work with marketing and sales teams to create our events & field marketing roadmap that will drive new pipelines, and engage our targeted accounts. You will be crafting, implementing, and leading events and field marketing initiatives in support of B2B demand generation and pipeline creation. This will be a high-visibility and high-impact role, that collaborates with the marketing team and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Lively’s event & field marketing function

  • Own the Field Marketing Calendar - establish the events and field marketing calendar nationally for all priority activities across virtual and live engagements, including sponsored (industry conferences, trade shows, etc.)

  • Drive Demand and Pipeline - drive meaningful opportunity creation and pipeline acceleration with each event/activation, in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing Leadership

  • Monitor and measure the success of all event programs and evaluate results against KPIs

  • Work closely with business development and sales teams to execute industry specific and regional field programs - like field events and targeted Enterprise ABM programs

  • Plan and host virtual (in person when possible) field events to deepen relationships with targeted accounts

  • Execute the entire events life cycle including coordination and project management of pre-show promotion, show execution, pre-show communication to participants, engagement, and post show follow up

  • Lead with a customer marketing mindset and develop marketing programs that highlight and include regional accounts

  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce), Marketing automation (Marketo) and ABM platforms, like 6Sense, Terminus, or Demandbase to support account based marketing regional activities

  • Understand Lively value proposition and messaging, and work with brand & product marketing to adopt it for the region and activities as needed

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of events & field marketing experience, preferably in the B2B technology sector.

  • Experience with large enterprise buyers, ideally in healthcare or HR.

  • Experience crafting, implementing, and leading events and field marketing initiatives in support of B2B demand generation and pipeline creation.

  • Experience pulling reporting on program performance to drive business decision (using Salesforce).

  • Deep experience organizing and executing both digital and in-person events (including Trade Shows and Conferences, Executive Roundtables, etc).

  • Travel for on-site and live events within the US as needed.

  • Experience working closely with business development teams and sales, and the ability to partner with them and provide guidance on marketing best practices.

  • Event and project management pro; you are highly organized and can keep track of lots of moving pieces.

  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors and managing budgets.

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to make decisions.

  • Objectives-driven, with commitment to deliver against pipeline targets.

  • Comfortable with a start-up environment that requires agility and the ability to adapt and evolve as needs arise.

  • Passion to learn about new technologies and industry trends relevant to Lively’s business.

  • Passion and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and quality of execution.
