Marketing Automation Manager

About the Role
This role will work with our Marketing Operations Team, managing all acquisition, engagement, and cross-sell marketing programs in Marketo, and across our MarTech stack. You will be responsible for supporting marketing campaign design, which may include: webinars, trade shows, and back-end processes such as lead scoring, data cleanliness, lead stage management, and 3rd party integrations. Lively relies on Marketo as the focal point of marketing campaigns & initiatives and this position will be expected to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives across all channels and technologies.
Build, test, launch, and optimize campaigns including: email template setup, campaign setup, lead nurture, event promotion, ABM, data management, A/B testing, schedule tracking, and campaign performance metrics.
Build and test marketing campaign assets including: emails, landing pages, and forms within marketing automation tools.
Segment lists based on demographic and firmographic data and behaviors, like past email engagement and website interactions.
Develop and implement strategy for ongoing control, maintenance, and enhancement of the marketing database process.
Collaborate with internal team members to identify and implement processes to increase sales opportunities and sales cycle efficiencies, through database management and refined lead management strategies.
Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation, implementation and analysis, list management, and lead processes in SFDC.
Build, manage, and maintain reports within Marketo, to track metrics for each campaign.
Skills & Experience
3+ years of Marketo experience, with a background in supporting complex marketing automation campaigns and processes.
3+ years of HTML & CSS experience.
Hands-on experience building lead flow and CRM integration programs.
Excellent project management skills, to ensure projects consistently meet delivery deadlines.
