Product Manager - Platform

Platform is at the heart of Lively’s proprietary HSA application. The core source of truth - user records and money movement - is handled through platform services. We are scaling to handle the exponential growth in new accounts, as well as the growth in new channels of business.
In this role, you will identify areas where we can design new features or functionality that primarily service ACH money movement and automation, to drive growth in revenue. You’ll design a cross-product vision which keeps the user at the center of technical design, even though you won't typically work on end-user functionality.

Own the roadmap for end-to-end record keeping and money movement for a subset of services.
Translate that strategy into concrete plans and objectives over the short- and medium-term.
Thoughtfully define and communicate the goals, requirements, and constraints of that strategy.
Design enhancements to the platform that focus on increasing the scale and speed of money movement, while maintaining our high standards of accuracy.
Launch platform features or functionality to drive enhancements to services, solutions, or the partner experience.
Measure the impact of releases and performance of the platform against business goals.
Solve problems that are shared across multiple teams or products.
Skills & Experience
4+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year as a technical product manager.
Experience developing platform capabilities, i.e. backend services, with a full-stack development team.
Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
Hands on with data - queries, analysis, reporting - and the use of it to drive experimentation.
What’s a nice-to-have?
Experience with payments, specifically ACH, wire, and card networks.
Experience in developing platform capabilities such as APIs, security, and/or authentication.
Experience with shipping and managing developer-facing products.
