About the Role
The Lively People Team is hiring! We are looking for an amazing Recruiting Coordinator to work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager, to ensure all talent and recruiting processes are efficient and streamlined. This role will handle many of the “behind the scenes” aspects of recruiting, ensuring candidates are moving through the pipeline and have all the info they need for an excellent candidate experience. You’ll liaison with hiring managers on scheduling and needs, making sure our hiring process is top notch from end to end. You’ll also update hiring data and metrics, as well as collaborate with the overall People Department on new initiatives, processes, and procedures. In short… you’ll be a part of the backbone of all things talent and recruiting, helping support Lively in hiring the best candidates for our growing team.
Schedule interviews and debriefs with candidates and hiring managers, keeping all calendars up to date.
Post new roles on internal website as well as third party job boards.
Update all talent and recruiting spreadsheets and trackers with important talent acquisition and interview information.
Assist in various initiatives, slide decks, and document creation, as needed by the People and Talent Acquisition teams.
Help ensure all collateral and materials are prepared and ready for any recruiting and talent events.
Assist remotely or in-person at events as needed. Some event travel may be required in the future.
Own various administrative and scheduling tasks, as needed by the People and Talent Acquisition teams.
Work with the internal team to implement new processes and procedures, as the company continues to grow and evolve.
Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience in a recruiting/talent acquisition organization or department.
Experience with scheduling and managing multiple calendars.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail and timely action.
Some experience with data + spreadsheets is ideal.
An understanding of the recruiting process and talent acquisition lifecycle.
Knowledge of the job posting process and job boards.
Google Suite/Drive/Calendar expertise.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
ATS system experience is a plus!
Experience with Talent + Recruiting events is a plus!
