Sales Enablement Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to lead Lively’s sales enablement, training, and learning and development efforts. You’ll be working closely with the entire sales organization, which has reps engaged in two different B2B sales motions. You’ll also work closely with Product Marketing and other departments, to build out a sales rep onboarding program, continued enablement calendar, and more. As our first sales enablement hire, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the enablement program from the ground up!
The ideal candidate will have experience working on and managing onboarding programs, internal certification programs, and enablement calendars. You’re passionate about reducing friction for sales teams, to help improve performance. You display empathy when working with and training sales reps, and at the same time hold them accountable if they’re not meeting their benchmarks or goals.
Define, create, and launch Lively’s sales enablement programs, which may include: onboarding program and calendar, internal certification program, and ongoing learning and development
Ensure enablement programs are working and effective, while holding all reps accountable
Develop and implement metrics, goals, and benchmarks
Establish a permanent feedback loop between Sales & Marketing, cutting through the noise, and using quantitative and qualitative data as insights
Help understand the impact, success, and areas for improvement of sales collateral and content
Be a point person for any questions the sales team may have
Partner with Product Marketing to help prioritize sales training topics
Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or a Sales Learning & Development type role
Salesforce experience is a must, and experience with call recording and enablement software (like Chorus) is a plus
Superb written and verbal communication skills - a particularly fantastic presenter
Very organized and capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives at once, involving multiple internal stakeholders
Can be both assertive and empathetic when the needs arise
Experience working with partner sales reps a big plus
