Job Description

As the Salesforce Administrator at Lively, you’ll be at the epicenter of the organization - working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and occasionally Finance and Engineering. You’ll be responsible for our Salesforce organization: owning user credentialing and permission sets, maintaining and improving upon our current automations and system processes, as well as making recommendations for updates based on changes in processes and business needs. You’ll train end users in changes to processes, tackle hands-on configurations, and troubleshoot issues.

The ideal candidate is one who is passionate about using Salesforce to solve business problems and help the company reach its goals. Custom build and development work is second-nature to you, as is creating complex automations using Process or Flow builders. You are thrilled at the prospect of inheriting a robust Salesforce Org, learning the database as quickly as possible, and making recommendations for changes and improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Own complex Salesforce build and development work: gathering business requirements from stakeholders, making recommendations, testing, and more

  • Analyze our current automations and make recommendations and improvements where needed

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, errors, and issues users encounter

  • Work closely with the Sales Systems Manager to maximize our software integrations and tech stack within Salesforce

  • Own data flow, automation, and process documentation

  • Respond to Salesforce users’ ticket requests when errors or problems occur, working directly with the users to troubleshoot

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years in a Salesforce Administrator role

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred, Salesforce Certified Administrator required

  • Passionate about very clean data

  • Proven change management experience and success

  • Work well with many internal stakeholders across different teams
