Medical, dental or vision office visits are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Only preventive medical, dental and vision expenses are eligible under a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA). Medical, dental, or vision office visits are not eligible with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).

You can reference IRS Publication 502 and IRS Publication 503 for the full list of expenses that are qualified, are not qualified, and may be qualified based on certain circumstances.
