X rays are eligible for reimbursement with flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement arrangements (HRA). X-rays related to dental or vision are eligible with a limited purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA). X rays are not eligible for reimbursement with dependent care flexible spending accounts (DCFSA).
