What can I pay for with my HSA card?
With your card, you can use your HSA funds for all qualified medical expenses (as defined by the IRS), such as:

Prescription drugs

What if my card gets declined?
Check support.livelyme.com for common decline reasons. Otherwise, contact us immediately via phone, email, or chat, so we can work with you to resolve any issues regarding your HSA-eligible purchase.
Can I use my card to withdraw cash?
Your card can be used to pay for eligible expenses wherever debit cards are accepted. It cannot be used to receive cash back or at ATMs.
Do I need to set up a PIN?
No. If prompted, select Credit when paying with your card, no PIN required.
