Premiums are not eligible with a flexible spending account (FSA) and in limited circumstances may be eligible with a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) or health savings account (HSA). Check with your benefits administrator as to which premiums will qualify. Dental maintenance organization fees reimbursement is not eligible with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA) or a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA).
