Dental veneers reimbursement may be eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a medical professional with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) or a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA). However, if it is for cosmetic purposes, it is not eligible. Dental veneers reimbursement is not eligible with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).
