Official Rules
1. Sponsor The Lively Oura Ring 4 Conference Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Lively, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “Lively”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Conference Board, Oura Health, or any of their respective affiliates.
2. Eligibility NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who: Are registered attendees of event in California where the Sweepstakes is promoted; Successfully answer all skill-testing questions related to Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) as part of the entry process; Are legal residents of the United States; Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Entry Period The Sweepstakes begins on April 15, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on April 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter Primary Method of Entry: To enter, eligible individuals must complete and submit the official entry form available on Sponsor’s designated landing page during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual, whether submitted using different email addresses or otherwise, will be void. Entries submitted on behalf of another person are prohibited and will be disqualified.
5. Prize One (1) winner will receive: One (1) Oura Ring 4. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $499 (depending on model and size selected). The prize will be purchased by Sponsor after the Sweepstakes concludes and after coordinating with the winner to confirm ring size, finish selection (if applicable), and shipping address. Prize conditions: Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur on or about April 20, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond within five (5) business days or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity, age, and eligibility before awarding the prize.
7. Publicity Release Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and/or photograph for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, The Conference Board, Oura Health Oy, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, regarding the prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor is not responsible for: Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; Technical failures of any kind; Unauthorized human intervention; Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes; Injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize. The Oura Ring is manufactured and distributed by Oura Health Oy. Sponsor is not the manufacturer of the Oura Ring and disclaims any liability relating to the product’s performance, functionality, safety, or use. Any issues, defects, or warranty claims related to the Oura Ring must be directed to the manufacturer. The Oura Ring is a consumer wellness product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Entrants and winner assume all risks associated with use of the product.
9. Disqualification Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes.
10. Privacy Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://livelyme.com/privacy.
11. Winner’s List For the name of the winner, available after April 20, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Lively Oura Ring 4 Giveaway Winner’s List, 77 Geary St., Fifth Floor, San Francisco, CA 94108. Requests must be received by April 30, 2026.
12. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By entering, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
